Why did you decide to become a CALT?
After working as a Literacy Interventionist and completing my masters program I knew that I wanted to continue to learn about other ways to help struggling readers. I was offered a position as a dyslexia therapist and the opportunity to complete the Take Flight training program. As soon as I began the training and working with students I was immediately excited to learn more and was motivated to earn my CALT to ensure that I could support the students in being successful.
